Two businesses in the Northern Sound region will have the opportunity to promote themselves as part of this year's Local Enterprise Village at the National Ploughing Championships.
GAAWorks.ie, a platform that supports players to stay connected with their local club and county teams, represents Co Cavan.
The Old Carrick Mill, a batch distillery making premium gin and Irish whiskey, has been chosen from Co Monaghan.
The initiative will see a small business from each Local Enterprise Office (LEO) take a stand in the Local Enterprise Village in the heart of the Ploughing Championships, opening their businesses up to almost 300,000 prospective customers.
Meanwhile, the National Ploughing Championships take place from the 20th to the 22nd of September in Co Laois.
