Two Cavan groups are to receive funding of up to €15,000 under a scheme that supports cultural projects with cross-border elements.
NYAH Comhaltas and Cavan Arts will benefit from €15,000 and €11,250 respectively under the Co-operation with Northern Ireland Scheme.
The funding is given to groups with projects that promote cultural tourism and cultural outreach on a North/South basis.
Cavan Arts received the funding for a collaborative project with Flax Arts Studios in Belfast called "The Waking Walls in the setting of Lough Oughter".
Meanwhile, NYAH Comhaltas' project is a live and digital festival bringing cross-border talent together and fostering peace and reconciliation across Cavan and Tyrone.
