A Talented Cavan boxer that lost his life in a collision near Newry last month has been remembered at a boxing event in Belfast over the weekend.
Harrison Jameson died on October 18th after the car he was driving came off the road on the A1.
The Ballyjamesduff native was an amateur boxer for the Virginia Boxing Club and had just turned professional with the view of making his first pro debut on Saturday evening last.
Harrison's pro team mates carried his shorts and pro card into the ring as mark of respect at the event that was broadcasted live on TG4.
Cootehill boxer Dominic Donegan won his super welterweight bout on Saturday night.
He paid tribute to Harrison after his win, saying he was not alone in the ring and he had a special angel on his shoulder and he knew that Harrison would have been proud of him.
Dominic also thanked the Jameson Family for coming and showing their support at the weekend and he dedicated his win to Harrison.
