People heading to the National Ploughing Championships are likely to be in for a mucky day. Thousands are expected to head to the first day of the annual gathering of rural Ireland in Ratheniska, Co Laois.
Those who plan on going are being advised to follow signs and not Google Maps or a sat nav to get to the car parks. The NPA is also advising people to book online in advance if possible.
Anna Marie McHugh from the National Ploughing Association says they're encouraging advance booking so nobody is disappointed.
Meanwhile, spectators can see 1,700 exhibits onsite, which include anything from sportswear to sheep shearing.
