Tenders are being sought for the construction of 45 housing units in Bailieboro.
Cavan County Council issued the tender in recent days for the purposed homes to be located at Pairc Na Teile, Beckscourt in the town.
The tender application also includes the installation of a wastewater treatment plant and all associated site works.

The construction work is for multi-dwelling buildings and individual homes with the tender process concluding on the 12th of September 2023.
The contract has a period of 21 months for competition at an estimated value of 12.5M.
