Gardaí continue to investigate all of the circumstances around an assault in Cavan town on Friday, 14th February 2025, where a man aged in his 20's sustained serious injuries.
The male (17 years) arrested in connection with the investigation, has since been charged.
He is expected to appear before Monaghan District Court this morning. Investigations are ongoing.
