The Taoiseach has said hearing the views of people in the border region will give the voiceless a say in the peace process.
Micháel Martin was speaking at the opening of the "Experiences of border minority communities - historical perspectives" seminar in Monaghan this morning.
The event, hosted by Monaghan County Museum, is looking at how partition cut through local communities in the early 1920s, and how their stories were told.
