Talk being held on assessment of need in Monaghan

The local solicitor is holding a talk tonight in St Joseph's Hall in Monaghan from 7.30pm on autism assessment of need. Children on the spectrum have a lot of rights under the disability act according to Barry Healy. Barry said this is not known by a lot of parents. He said the government needs to do more, pointing out that the services supplied are dreadful.
