Uisce Éireann's public consultation on the draft Regional Water Resources Plan for the North West is coming to an end next week.
Submissions close on the 21st February to have your say on the proposed water plan.
The plan sets out options for providing a more secure, reliable and sustainable water supply for approximately 732,700 customers in the North West region over the next 25 years.
Counties within the North West remit include: Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Louth, Meath, Sligo, Longford, Roscommon, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, and parts of Clare. Mairead Conlon, Water Resources Strategy Lead for Uisce Éireann says there has been good engagement especially with local group water schemes.
