Gardai in Monaghan have received a report that a number of spikes have been placed under car tyres on Monday while parked on Dawson Lane in Monaghan Town.
A number of cars that were parked on Dawson Street overnight on Monday night at the time.
These spikes ultimately puncture the tyre when the driver drives away.
