51 homes will be built in Slí Lorcan, Latlorcan and the remaining 21 will be developed in Slí ns Coile in Mullaghmat. 

This is the last phase of a development of a project of 18 social homes at Cnoc na Greine in Tydavnet.

The development consists of seven fully serviced two-storey houses, five of which are two-bed and the remaining two, three-beds.
