A shebeen has been discovered in Loch Gowna.
As part of operation Navigation Gardaí searched the private premises in Cavan on Friday the 5th of March under warrant.
They were investigating breaches of liquor licensing in legislation in support of current guidelines and found alcohol, beer kegs, taps, bar stools and other bar equipment.

No arrests were made but enquiries are ongoing and a file will now be prepared for the DPP.
A number of people found at the property will be issued with fines.
