Several schools across the Northern Sound region will be closed tomorrow because of the bad weather.
A status orange low temperature and ice warning is in place until 10 o'clock tomorrow morning, for Cavan and Monaghan.
St Kilian’s National School in Mullagh will open at 11am tomorrow due to the orange weather warning. Buses will not run. School management says to not arrive before 10.50am. All students have to be home at 2.30pm including infants.

Bailieborough Community School will open at 11am tomorrow. Buses will not be confirmed until tomorrow morning if they are running or not.
Due to the forecasted weather conditions and in the interest of the safety, Carrigabruise National School will be closed tomorrow Wednesday 8th January.
St Mary’s National School in Virginia will not be opened tomorrow.
St Brigids NS Tunnyduff has decided to remind closed for tomorrow.
