The sentence hearing will get underway today of a man who admitted cleaning up and removing evidence from the scene of a teenagers murder.
17 year old Keane Mulready Woods was last seen alive in his hometown of Drogheda on January 12th 2020.
Some of his dismembered remains were found in Dublin the following day. More were found in a burning car two days later.
52-year-old Gerard McKenna, of Rathmullen Park, Drogheda, Co Louth, was due to stand trial last month but changed his plea to guilty back in November.
His sentence hearing is listed before the Central Criminal Court at 11.45 this morning.
