The accessibility facility and sensory room at Kingspan Breffni stadium have been shortlisted for an international award.
The home of Cavan GAA has been nominated in the Community Project Award category at The Stadium Business Design and Development Awards.
The facilities at Kingspan Breffni aim to foster inclusion and game enjoyment for those with differing needs.
Other nominees in the category include the Remembrance Garden at John Smith's Stadium which is the home ground of Huddersfield Town FC, the
community legacy at Parque Estadio Nacional in Santiago, and the green room at the Adidas Arena in Paris. In a statement to Northern Sound, the Cavan county board say they're honoured to be shortlisted in such a prestigious category. The awards ceremony will take place in Old Trafford on the 3rd of December
