A quad bike and power tools have been stolen in the Scotstown / Tydavnet area of Monaghan overnight.

Power was restored to all affected customers by 20:30.

The Mountfield ride-on mower was stolen from a property some time between Thursday, 19th and Saturday, Saturday, 21st September. 

After Bernie married Pauric and moved to Scotstown where they ran a poultry and dairy farm, she became an integral part of the community.

Bernie was a regular contributor to Northern Sound as she aimed, even in her own ill-health, to serve others by spreading her message of wellbeing and cancer awareness. 

The quad was stolen from a farm yard in Knockballyroney between 11pm on Thursday night August 22nd and 7am of the following morning.
