Rossmore Park has been ranked the most visited forest park in Ireland for the second year in a row.
The top 10 most visited Coillte Parks in the country were announced today with Rossmore Park in Monaghan continuing to be ranked number one with 357,834 visitors in 2023.
Elsewhere in the Northern Sound region, Killykeen Forest Park in Co Cavan placed number 5 in the top 10 with 88,674 visitors in 2023. Monaghan Councillor David Maxwell says it's just great news adding that Rossmore Park is going from strength to strength. Cllr Maxwell says Rossmore is bringing people from all over the country to visit Monaghan.
