The family have now also set up a fundraising campaign for the Rockcorry Divers to thank them for their efforts which has already raised over €8,000.

The 17-year-old fell onto the rocks just above the shoreline last Friday.

It's understood the boy's body had been lying at the bottom of the cliffs for upwards of 48 hours.
