A collision between a truck and a car has occurred this evening close to Mullagh in County Cavan.
The driver of the car has been taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The road between Whitegate and Mullagh remains closed at this time.

It's understood the truck left the road and it's expected the road will reopen in the next hour or so.
