The main road between Ballyconnell and the Slieve Russell Hotel in Co Cavan is currently closed following a road traffic collision.
According to Gardaí, the road is expected to be closed for a "short" period of time.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area this morning, and to seek alternative routes if possible.
