A Carrickmacross restaurant has retained its Michelin Bib Gourmand status in
the new 2021 Michelin Guide.
Michelin Bib Gourmand awards recognise establishments offering good food at
affordable prices and The Courthouse has once again been given this status.
Meanwhile, a county Cork restaurant is the only new-comer to be awarded with
a Michelin Star.
Dede at the Custom House in Baltimore is the 18th restaurant
in the Republic to be included.
The International Director of the Michelin Guides, Gwendal Poullennec, says
the Michelin Guide "shines a light on the hard work, tenacity and commitment
of chefs and restaurant teams".
