Rent prices fall in Cavan and Monaghan compared to 2019.
The Daft.ie Rental Report for the third quarter of the year shows that year-on-year decreases were recorded, but prices went up quarter-on-quarter.
Monaghan saw the largest year-on-year decrease in the entire country, with the average rent price dropping by 3.2 per cent.

Prices there are now €802.
The cost of renting in Cavan is down half a percent on 2019, and now €769.
Leitrim remains the cheapest county in Ireland to rent, at just €610.
