Winds of up to 120 kilometres per hour are set to hit parts of country, as the remnants of Hurricane Ernesto track towards Ireland. A status yellow wind warning has been issued for Mayo and Galway.
They'll see the worst of the gusts - along with heavy rain and high tides - from 7 o'clock this evening. Cathal Nolan from Ireland's Weather Channel says we can expect blustery conditions up until Friday.
