The relics of St Bernadette of Lourdes are arriving in County Monaghan today, as part of their historic tour around Ireland.
They'll be in St Mary's Church, Castleblayney until 9pm tonight with a welcoming ceremony taking place at 10.30am this morning.
St Bernadette saw the Virgin Mary 18 times at the Grotto in Lourdes in 1858. In September and October, the relics of St Bernadette is on a pilgrimage to Ireland for the very first time, visiting every diocese in the country.
