The reduction of the Wage Subsidy Scheme is a double blow according to a Cavan Chef.
Norbert Neylon from the Oakroom in Cavan Town says that many of the larger Christmas bookings have cancelled but they are hopeful that smaller groups will still come.
However, the reduction of the wage subsidy in addition to the reduced capacity and curfew is making the situation more difficult.
