Donaghmoyne Fontenoys GFC has applied to Monaghan County Council for redevelopment at its facilities in Tullynacross.
The Club wants to demolish existing clubrooms and dressing rooms and construct a new two-storey clubroom consisting of six dressing rooms; toilets and showers; players gym; physio room; kitchen and dining area.
There are also plans to construct a new Astro turf playing pitch with 2.4m high metal perimeter fencing and associated netting; four 12m high columns with two floodlights per column; a new shop, field maintenance equipment shed; disabled access toilet block; and a new car park.

A decision is expected from the local authority in the coming weeks.
