An in-person public information event on the Inniskeen Village Public Realm Plan is taking place this afternoon.
It will be held between 2 and 8pm in the Inniskeen Community Centre.
The event will provide an opportunity for people to meet with representatives from Monaghan County Council and the Paul Hogarth Company to discuss the proposals.
Local councillor Noel Keelan welcomed the event, saying that it allows people who don't have access to online facilities to make their voices heard.
At a recent Carrickmacross-Castleblayney MD meeting, he said he "insisted" on a public meeting so that people can meet with representatives face-to-face.
