A wellness morning will take place today from 10am at Lough Major Ballybay Beach.
The event has been organised in a bid to increase awareness and promote the importance of men's health.
The popular men's health initiative is in partnership with Crocus men's den, Clontibret O'Neill's and Monaghan Harps health and wellbeing officers.
All clubs are welcome to attend and promote men's health.
