The body was discovered in a lake close to the Monaghan/Fermanagh border yesterday.

A man in his 50s sadly died after he set out on a fundraising classic car and run from Derrylin on Sunday morning.

The M1 joins the N1, which is the main route between Belfast and Dublin.

Up until the closure, the enquiry office in Lisnaskea operated 40 hours a week.

A number of searches were conducted  in South Armagh yesterday as part of this operation.

The police investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Gardai also carried out a search of a premises in the Monaghan area which resulted in the seizure of plant machinery.
