Protestors will gather outside several regional hospitals this lunchtime over what they call the "worsening A&E crisis".
The Save Navan Hospital Campaign Group has organised protests in Navan, Drogheda, Mullingar, Cavan, Limerick and Ennis.
It comes as updated ambulance bypass protocols between Our Lady's Hospital in Navan and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda are to begin later this week.
