Mullagh Fair Day takes place today and its's back bigger and better than ever before thanks to a two year absence because of Covid-19.
It's one of the biggest events in the parish's calendar and is always well received by those in attendance.
All monies raised on the day will go back into community development in the area.
Cllr Shane P O'Reilly says Mullagh Fair has proven to be a great day out for all the family in the past.
And, he is hopeful that this year will be no exception to that.
"It hasn't been on since 2019, so we're coming with a big comeback this year. We have three stages this year with live music, we have traditional Irish music, country music and we have other types of music as well. Three different stages this year and a dancing deck to let people, I suppose, let their footloose and fancy free if they want to! And of course we have the natural stuff you'd normally have at a fair. We'd have different animals and different stalls, arts & crafts, artists and foods - the normal stuff we have every year.."
