Police are continuing to investigate after a man was found beaten on the roadside near the Glaslough border.
The man, thought to be in his early 40s, was discovered by a passer-by yesterday morning on the Cortynan Road near Tynan in Armagh.
PSNI say he had significant injuries and believe he may have been beaten with an iron bar.
He also had some of his clothes removed.
The man is receiving treatment in hospital, and Police are working to establish what happened.
They are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.
