Planning permission is being sought to convert an existing industrial unit in Cavan town to a veterinary clinic.
Breffni Animal Care currently operates from a clinic at Unit 1 in the Corlurgan Business Park.
It treats small domestic animals and acts as a base for staff who specialise in the treatment of agricultural animals offsite.

The new clinic will provide a separate base for the agricultural side of the business.
It will also provide staff facilities, a meeting room for consultations, and a pharmaceutical room for storing medications and equipment.
