Planning permission is being sought for additional parking at Cavan General Hospital.
The HSE have applied to Cavan County Council this week for permission for an extra 114 spaces in the existing car park.
The plans submitted also include associated internal roads and necessary ancillary works. County planners will decide on this application by mid June.
