Planning Permission is being sought for 15 homes In Bultersbridge. A planning application was submitted this week to Cavan County Council for 12 two storey semi detached dwellings, two corner semi-detached dwellings and one two-storey detached home.
The Co Cavan development will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bed type dwellings. If given the green light, the permission will allow for new service roads, traffic calming, footpaths, landscaping, communal spaces, along with connection to existing services and associated site works.
The local authority will decide on the application in the coming months.
