Planning permission has been sought for a new training centre at Drumlin House. The plans seek the demolition of the existing training centre and ancillary structures and the construction of a new two storey training centre. The plans also include an accessible roof-top for plant and services, external amenity space with hard and soft landscaping.
If given green light the proposed plans would allow for the alteration of the existing access onto Cooney's Row to facilitate new traffic layout, car parking and bus drop-off, connection to public services and all associated site works. County planners will decide on this application by the end of June.
