Planning permission for the upgrade of the existing Corrybrannan Playground in Ballybay is being sought. Monaghan County Council submitted the application this week to allow for the removal of existing play equipment and original surfacing area.
When approved this will allow for the installation of a Multi-Use-Games-Area, along with the installation of the newly designed Accessible Playground.
The application also allows for all ancillary works if given the green light. Monaghan County Council will decide on this current planning application towards the end of October.
