Planning permission is being sought for six housing units in Monaghan town. Packie Kelly has applied to Monaghan County Council for the development comprised of two terraced houses and four apartments.
Permission is also sought for an associated carpark, footpaths, lighting, retaining structures, and connection to public services. County planners will decide on the development with an address on Park Road in Mullaghmatt in the coming months.
