Planning permission is being sought for 29 homes in Ballyhaise in Co Cavan. The application lodged this week by Galetech Sustainable Living seeks the permission for a mixed development in the Townspark area of Ballyhaise. The plans include 18 own-door apartments contained in 3 two storey blocks with each block containing 3 ground floor two bed units and 3 first floor one bed units.
Two detached single storey two bed houses, six semi-detached two storey three bed houses and three attached two storey three bed homes in a terrace of 3 units. Also included in the plans submitted to Cavan County Council is the connection to public services, new service road and entrance and all associated works. County planners will decide on the application by mid-June.
