Planning permission is being sought for 27 new homes in Emyvale, Co Monaghan.
The proposed development includes the construction of 27 two-storey dwellings together with 6 single-storey semi-detached domestic garages.
The mixed development if given the green light by county planners would be made up of 3 detached four bedroom dwellings, 2 detached three bedroom dwellings and 22 semi-detached three bedroom dwellings totaling twenty seven units.
The application submitted by Forever Warm Homes Ltd also includes an new individual vehicular accesses are proposed to seven of the dwellings on to the L1200 with an additional new access serving the rest of the development.
Proposed works include connections to mains services including water & foul sewage, on site storm water treatment, new boundary treatments and landscaping together with all ancillary works.
Monaghan County Council will decide on the Mullan Rd planned development by the end of August.
