Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 23 houses in Cootehill, Co Cavan.
It would consist of 15, two-storey dwellings and eight semi-detached dormer dwellings in Magheranure, Cootehill.
The two-story dwellings will be four-bed properties, while the dormer dwellings will be a mix of three and four-bed homes.

The Design Statement says the "scheme is essentially the completion of the Bellamont View housing development".
A decision is due on January, 6th next.
