Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 18 homes in Co Cavan.
Drysdale Developments has lodged the application for a site at Tanderagee, Kells Road, in Bailieborough.
The plans include the development of 18, two-storey semi-detached dwellings, with optional attic accommodation.
Also included in the plans is the construction of a public road entrance, a public footpath, and connection to services.
If granted, the works would require the removal of trees from the Bailieborough Primary Care Centre.
The HSE has agreed to this, on the agreement that the developer erect permanent fencing after the removal of these trees.
A decision on the works is due on the 14th of December.
