Planning permission is being sought for 15 homes In Bultersbridge.
A planning application has been submitted this week to Cavan County Council for 12 two storey semi detached dwellings, 2 dormer semi detached dwellings and 1 two storey detached home.
The Co Cavan new development will be made of up of a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed type dwellings.

If given the green light the permission will allow for new service roads, traffic calming, footpaths, landscaping, communal spaces, along with connection to existing services and associated site works.
The local authority will decide on this application in the coming months.
