Planning permission has been lodged for 66 apartments in Cavan Town.
The planned development if given the green light would see the units within one building located on the Farnham Road of Cavan.
The five storey residential block would comprise of 26no. 1 bed units, 32no. 2 bed units and 8no. 3 bed units all with balconies or ground floor terraces.
The provision of associated communal and public open spaces to include a formal play area are apart of this application submitted to Cavan County Council this week. The plans also include internal footpaths and communal space areas at ground level to include all hard and soft landscape works, public lighting, planting and boundary treatments to include for retaining walls.
49 parking spaces which are to be provided at surface level within the courtyard and via an under-croft at the rear of the building, electric vehicle charge points are also planned. County planners will decide on this application submitted by Radar Investments Limited by the middle of July.
