Planning permission has been granted for the construction of an industrial unit with a yard and car parking area in Virginia.
The site is located in the townlands of Termon and Carricknamaddoo.
The industrial unit will be 630 metres squared and come with seven staff car parking spaces.

The unit will be used by Fire Door Ireland, with the planners report noting that it needs additional manufacturing space.
The site will operate from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and on the "occasional Saturdays from 8am to 1pm during peak periods".
