Planning permission for a pet crematorium in Monaghan has been refused.
The application called for the construction of a single storey pet crematorium building in Broomfield, Castleblayney. This would include car parking, a new wastewater treatment system, and use of the existing entrance and exit onto the public road.
County planners denied the application, however the reasons for the decision are not yet available.
