Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Monaghan.
HDDM Property Limited have applied to Monaghan County Council to construct seven new houses in Chapel Lane, Carrickmacross. The seven houses would be made up of two semi-detached houses and five
terraced houses on the site in Drummond Otra. A new pedestrian entrance off Chapel Lane is also included.
County Planners will decide on the issue in January 2025.
