Planning lodged for 30 new homes in Cavan

Planning permission has been lodged for a new housing development in Cavan. Galetech Sustainable Living Limited has applied to Cavan County Council to construct 30 new residential units in two three storey blocks at Tullymongan Upper, Cavan.

Each block would consist of 6 one bed apartments on ground floor level, 6 two bed duplex units on the 1st and 2nd floor, and 3 one bed apartments on the third floor. Construction of a new entrance, car parking, bike parking, and public amenity spaces is also included in the application. A decision on the new development is due in January.
