Planning permission has been lodged by Eircom Ltd for a 21.5 metre mast located at Lough Egish. The development would see a monopole carrying antennas, a dish, and associated equipment, together with ground-based equipment cabinets, fence, and all associated site development work.
The planning application requests that the mast allow for wireless data and for broadband services. Submissions are being accepted until the 10th of July for this monopole and a decision on the development at Tullnanegish is due at the end of July.
