Planning permission has been lodged in recent days for 10 new homes in Shercock.
The proposed development would consist of 10 semi detached bungalows with provision for attic accommodation. Clankee Construction and Business Development Ltd have applied to Cavan County Council for the residential development at Lisdrumskeagh in the Co Cavan town. The application also includes the connecting to mains services including water, storm and sewage, along with the construction of a new access route for the existing pumping station and all associated site works County planners will decide on the application by mid July.
